Ladan Mirsoleimani

“Knowledge is the light at the end of the tunnel” It was her passion for writing, literature, poetry and psychology that led her to the most magical and an eye-opening experience of her life: Teaching!

The academic journey for Ladan officially took off on September 2011. She found herself lost among engineering masterminds, designers and architects, and although it was not her true passion, she was not one to give up; hence why she graduated with Bachelor of Engineering in “Architectural Engineering” and Masters of Science in “Carbon and Energy Management” on September 2016 from one of the top ranking universities in UK. All while her profound spark for literature did not die out, but grew into the deep desire to serve the society, pass her knowledge to generations and teach fresh minds how to appreciate the power of “words”, thus she decided to pursue her career in this field and in order to make it a possibility, she sought professional trainings in English Literature, Cambridge Language courses, SAT, IELTS and TOEFL.

As an English instructor in “International Training Institute”, Ladan creates positive, dynamic, and challenging learning environment while encouraging students and keen learners from different cultures and background to have effective contribution to the team and be engaged in the teaching process. By implementing the up to date techniques and strategies and providing all the facilities required, Ladan and her team color the dream of spectacular experience with reality.

Sara Forootani

“Follow your dreams, and the universe will open doors for you. Where there were only walls” is a saying Sara always keeps in mind. She is a true believer that if you have a dream, you should not give up until you have achieved it. She decided to pursue her education in the field of Business because of her fascination with the industry. However, growing up, her dream was to become a teacher. This is why she decided to combine both her passions and pursue a career in teaching “Business Studies and Economics”.

Her passion for teaching arises from the fact that she is able to pass on her knowledge of the business field to the younger generation, which they can later use in following their own dreams. From “Business Studies”, students are given an insight into the business world and running a business. While from “Economics”, students learn about how decisions are made with the availability of scarce resources. The way the students’ faces brighten up after understanding a complicated topic is what Sara enjoys from teaching.  Educating is an act of giving, and it is a step forward to make the society become a better place.

He loves the design and actually went to university for a bit for Graphic Design, so it isn’t so much ‘pressure’ for him; it’s a way to be creative, and he really enjoys it.

An architect is not just a person that makes buildings. He is someone that influences others by his amazing imagination and creativity, one that designs structures out of the ordinary to make people comfortable in their environment. When Nazim came to be an Architectural and Graphic design instructor, he realized that teachers have the very important responsibility of shaping the lives of young, impressionable children. With this responsibility comes great pride and joy. Therefore all teachers should strive for what can be considered to be a “good teacher.” A good teacher can be defined as someone who always pushes students to want to do their best while at the same time trying to make learning interesting as well as creative. A positive or negative influence from a teacher early on in life can have a great effect on the life of a child.
