Diploma in Sales and Marketing program provides the opportunity for the students to gain knowledge and skills in sales management, marketing management and customer service. COURSE OUTLINE

 

 Unit 1: Creative Product Promotion 

The aim of this unit is to give learners an opportunity to learn about the promotional mix, and the related topics of buyer behavior and branding, before going on to design their own small-scale promotional campaign.

  • Know the constituents of the promotional mix Diploma in Sales

  • Understand the role of advertising agencies and the media

  • Be able to create a simple promotional campaign

 

 Unit 2: Market Research in Business 

The aim of this unit is to enable learners to develop an understanding of the fundamental concepts that underpin why businesses collect data about their market, how they collect and interpret it and how it can be used to support marketing decisions. Diploma in Sales

  • Understand the main types of market research used to make marketing decisions

 Unit 3: Sales Management 

This unit aims to develop the skills that allow you to build and supervise a sales team, communicate effectively, set goals and be a mentor.

  • Agree targets and objectives

  • Develop from existing customers

  • Know your products and target markets

  • Monitor and Manage sales performance
